Please note that all salaries in charts below do not represent exact amounts and are provided for reference only. Each chart has an effective date, which could occur in the future (ie September 1st).
Teachers and other BTU Members

Substitute Teachers
Daily Substitute Teachers receive Per Diem pay accordingly. As of School Year 2009/2010:
- $124.47 ( 1-10 Days)
- $138.47 (After 10 Days)
- $250.54 (After 25 Days)
- $151.53 (Cluster Sub Teachers)
All substitute teachers who hold an active, Massachusetts teaching license shall receive a differential equal to three percent (3%) of the per diem rate. Please contact OHR with your certification details to receive the differential.
