Google Apps

In December of 2013, the City of Boston adopted Google Apps as our communication and collaboration platform. Staff and students have access to a wide variety of applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Sites, Groups and more!

 
 
 
Since 2007, the Boston Public Schools has been providing teachers with a laptop for use in the classroom. Teacher laptops are used for a variety of professional development, student instruction, and operational purposes. Teachers currently receive an Apple Macbook with Parallels/Windows installed and a variety of instructional software installed, such as Microsoft Office, Inspiration, iLife, and more.
