Superintendent Chang will host a BuildBPS Open House on Saturday, October 29 and Sunday, October 30 (9 am - 5 pm both days) at the Bolling Building, which will include updates and discussion on BuildBPS. The BPS community is invited to learn more about the BuildBPS process through an interactive exhibition and series of conversations with Dr. Chang and his team. RSVP Today. See the agenda.
Throughout the summer, representatives of the BuildBPS management team engaged families in "Kitchen Table Talks" about the project.
Kitchen Table Talks are an engagement tool based on the premise that the best conversations happen around a kitchen table. The BuildBPS team will set up a kitchen table at parks, festivals, and family events across the city throughout the summer and invite attendees to join informal conversations about the 10-year educational and facilities master plan. The talks are facilitated by staff from BPS and the City of Boston.

Teachers also attended a session about BuildBPS at the Boston Teachers Union (BTU) Professional Learning Conference, also held on June 4.
